Did the Podcast last night! It should be up by Thursday. I had a blast dishing on all the ABC Soaps. All of us were in the same mind about GH: enough already. Someone commented about us moaning about the show, but still watching. If it weren’t for the site, I may have left long ago. Then again, I love the actors and I do hold out hope. (like an idiot)
Snow’s flying here. Not a lot but enough to remind us that winter’s on it’s way! Boooo. Although I don’t mind the fact of no bugs, thinking about the next 6-7 months of snow leaves me a bit sad.

Weird Question: Who here remembers eating Jujyfruits in the movies? I swear the green ones were mint flavored. I just got a box and the green ones are lime!

I remember the jujyfruits being mint flavored, also. But, then again, I grew up in New Jersey, closer to where you are now.
I haven’t seen any up here in Alaska, but my husband did order some chckles on ebay and surprised my siblings and I with them. Brought back memories.

Karen, when you say “Frank” do you mean “Frank Scanlon” from “Port Charles”? I thought I saw him when I caught a GH with a scene at the PCPD back months ago. I checked imdb.com and Jay Pickett is playing Det. David Harper, which makes sense b/c otherwise Frank would be calling Sam “Libby”. LOL
So, when is the second wedding and Robert’s appearance?

What whimp??? Laura gives as good as she gets…were where you during all those Luke and Laura years…believe me – she’s not whimp…and too bad Laura is leaving….it could have been some battle for Luke….and she – Laura – would win….remember she fights like Luke! Learned from the expert!
As for Tracy….they did her wrong by pairing her with Luke….she lost her abilities…in my opinion…..bring back the love of her life – can’t remember his name….I have a old Soap Opera Digest from 1990 and it quotes Jane Elliot:
“Does Tracy have any fun” her answer – “No, she does not and an idle moment – she enjoys scheming and manipulating everyone” That’s what she does….great picture of her as well….bring back the old Tracy….she doesn’t belong with Luke! The old Tracy wouldn’t have done that! That’s the Tracy I loved!
IMO, nobody treats Laura like a wimp. She’s only had mental illness and villians to deal with for the last thirty years!
Good for Laura! I loved the scenes today. It’s too bad they had to ruin them by having Laura’s kids tag along. It would have been much more of a catfight if the kids hadn’t been there to act as a buffer.

That sandwich thing was a hoot! A piece of dry toast and a glass of water. Even bad prison food gets you some bologna on the bread, with cheese if you’re lucky. Bad, bad Carly!

The funniest thing was that when Sonny asked Carly for a sandwich–she brought him another Pop Tart–LOL!:) Take that you nasty gun-toting murdering thug!
I actually liked that Olivia and even Carly seemed to be getting the fact that Sonny is a self-centered murderer. I wish that Olivia would testify as a witness and that Carly would tell Sonny tough crap–I am not covering for you and they would ship him off to Prison. Oh wait, they only send guys like Blackie off to prison…’memba him?
Genie is kicking butt and taking names and out acting everyone around her. Wowza! HELLO, Luke! When he went to Mexico–Tracy couldn’t cut it. When he tried to impersonate the Dutch couple–Tracy couldn’t cut it. They are not a match. He needs someone who can go on the road with him and keep up in whatever misadventure he currently finds himself in. Since he has been with Tracy, he has been an irresponsible lush–more so than usual.
I think it’s a ridiculous idea he would stay with Tracy over Laura. I know Tony and Jane are probably buddies–that’s great, but come on! Tracy is not herself. The real Tracy wouldn’t have put up with Luke.
Hopefully, Laura will go off to France, get herself permanently cured of the silly sleeping disease they invented and come back and kick Luke and Tracy’s butts!:) Not to mention talk some sense into Lulu about Johnny Z (I can’t stand him). I don’t like Sam with Lucky either, but that is ok because I no longer like Lucky. Nick and Nadine are kind of fun.

It was a pop tart?!?! WOW!!! I watched the show on my little kitchen TV – it looked like dry toast. Sorry for the confusion. The pop tart thing is pretty funny.
