Mel B & Kelly Monaco to Star in Topless Vegas Show

Former Dancing with the Stars alumni Melanie Brown and Kelly Monaco are trading the ballroom for a Las Vegas stage.
Monaco and Brown – a Dancing winner and runner-up respectively – are set to star in PEEPSHOW, a topless, burlesque-style performance that is expected to open in March at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
Neither Brown nor Monaco will be topless, but the showgirls surrounding them will be. Brown will be “scantily clad, but in a classy way,” she says.
Monaco’s character in the show will be “Little Bo Peep,” a timid and lonely girl who is guided by Brown’s character, “Peep Diva.”
“This is an original show,” Brown tells PEOPLE. “The Peep Diva is a diva, but it’s all about empowering Kelly’s part.”
Adds Brown, “This part is great for me. As a Spice Girl I would bring guys on the stage and whip them, so I think I’ve always been slightly naughty.”
The Dancing stars are set to star in the show for several months. A rotation of celebrities is expected to headline PEEPSHOW.
“I’m very nervous and very excited,” says Monaco.

First off, know your information before making judgements. She is NOT showing her breasts in this program! It’s already been announced.
Second, I think her mother is proud of her since Kelly Monaco sacrificed so much to make it to where she is. She moved to LA, living out of her tiny car for months and look how well it’s paid off.
She’s gone a long way and unless you personally know her, I don’t see how the judgements are necessary, nor justified.
I wasn’t making a judgemnt or said anything about her being topless and am sure her mom is proud of her doing what she is doing in her life. Maybe you should read everyone’s comments a little better before you make a blanket statement. I was just commenting on the rumors for the past 3 months or so that she was pregnant not about her breasts or anything else derogatory.
Does this mean she’ll be off GH – at least for a few months?
Kelly Monaco can make her own choice’s….but as time passes some of those choices can come back to haunt her children. Just ask Pam Anderson.

you know if my daughter (who is only two) were to do ANYTHING liek this, i definatly would not be proud. if she were on tv dressing the way she is..and off tv as well and posing for magazines like kelly has, i wouldnt be proud.
maybe if she had lived in her car, worked her butt off and acted somewhat respectable, then i’d say something different. but when you go around dressing like a hoochie 24/7 .. i call it as i see it.

I would think that having all those nude pix of her out there from Playboy…10 yrs ago…she would be wiser with her choices. Mel B. probably needs the work cuz what else does she do now? But Kelly?

Yikes! I guess her big dreams of getting a primetime gig weren’t coming true so this looked like a good career move? Who is her manager? What a sad choice to make if she wanted to be taken seriously as an actress. Oops…I forgot…she’s in that stupid hot tub constantly on GH in one bikini or another. If she wanted to be taken seriously I would think she’d have put the kibosh on that crap a long time ago. Sounds like she’s going to get the money while she can and the heck with “art”.
I am a Kelly Monaco fan. I don’t see anything wrong with what she is doing….even if she was topless. How many actresses go topless in movies “for storyline reasons” (very famous, well respected, and popular actresses)…so what is the difference if Kelly is in a show where other women are topless. I don’t think it has any reflection on her talent as an actress. It also certainly has no reflection on her as a person. It bothers me that people make fun of her and say hurtful things about her as a person because of the way she looks and dresses….I don’t look anything like Kelly, but I tell ya, if I did, you would be lucky if I wouldn’t just walk around daily with nothing on (LOL – not really). I am sure Kelly works hard to look like that and it doesn’t matter what you wear or what you look like, people always have their own opinions of you….so I am happy for her that she has the courage to dress the way she wants, and do what she what she wants no matter what other people think.
Actress? I don’t think this constitutes KM as an actress. Isn’t she going backwards instead of forwards? Will we see Frisco at a strip bar now? Come on ladies, She’s a bimbo and we all know it! Yes she’s very beautiful but when you always have to be showing yourself naked or near naked, dude you got some problems
