Jax and the Wyndemere–ahahhahaa. It’s stupid but I’m liking the whole thing. “the local Native American Tribe”–would be the SENECA INDIANS, btw. Just saying. I’d love to have a giant spooky resort. Although I have to tell everyone that going out to an island on Lake Ontario in the winter is SOOOOOOOOOOO stupid. Like the biggest “wrong” thing going. I know it’s a soap, but come on. Seriously, compared to Lousy Liz, Sam is one badaaass. She actually knows how to do something, Lizzie, the lowlife is absolutely worthless. Gosh, I really hope the Russians “Eliminate” her, that would be worthwhile TV.

OMG – When Sam changed that tire, I thought – Elizabeth you are USELESS!! Can you do anything but whine??? Bring on the Russian’s already!! Rest of the show was okay.
OLTL – again, an awesome show. Wonder how long we have to wait to find out that Jess/Bess/Tess’s baby is reallly Starr’s? The whole show was awesome – loved Charlie showing up at the end for Viki.

I cannot believe that you trash Liz like that. Just because she did not change a tire at least she has a job (one that you had to go to school for). On the other hand Sam just sleeps around to get ahead. But if I am not mistaken this is a tv show and not real so people should not take it too serious. Not like the real actress that plays Liz is a mom, family person and the actress playing Sam is doing a topless show. I guess they really do play there characters on tv similar to there real live.

Yesterday when I heard the Native American twist on Spoon Island, I totally cracked up. I’m from WNY and Iroquois (the same nation as the Senecas). The whole storyline is beyond plausible. Casey was more plausible!
I immediately thought of Grand Island, NY which was/is involved with a US/Seneca dispute.
In 1815, New York State purchased Grand Island and other small islands in the Niagara River from the Iroquois nation for one thousand dollars in hand, and annually, forever, an annuity of $500 (to this day, paid every June).
The Senecas argued that the 1815 transaction with New York State violated the Trade and Intercourse Act of 1790, which states that no Native American lands are to be sold without consent of the Federal government. The Senecas sought the ejection of more than 2,000 property owners on the Island.
The ironic thing? Tyler Christopher IS Seneca. His dad is Seneca and his mom is Choctaw.

My recent days of GH have not been watching but reading your recaps, or snarks…..heeheehee….. But, you mentioned a few moment that sparked my interest, so I thought I would watch Thursday and Friday’s eppy’s…..I barely made it through Thursday’s and fell asleep through all of Friday’s. Your recap is far more entertaining then actually watching. lol….. and a hell of a lot quicker…. you know how much you can accomplish in 1 hour….. if only I shut GH off months ago, I could get back weeks of my life.
