I agree, I dont’ know why I was thinking Carlisle…duh. He’s blonde and Nordic like to me. I heard the reviews weren’t that great either, but the book was a bit..er, sophomoric in nature anyway, I could see how cheesy the movie could end up. I did read them, and liked them, but did think; wow..this could be a really bad soap. LOL. I’ll have to see how they do Bella in the movie before I make up my mind. I always thought Amber Tamblyn in my head–but she’s probably too old now. Have you seen all the ‘castings’ on YouTube? I did one using GH characters, I have to find it, it’s buried in my “big” computer somewhere!

Well the books were writen for teens ,soooo ask me a 57 yr old women why I read all of them(except the last)and couldn`t put them down lol.Not sure I want to see the movie I`ll let my daugther see it first.see ya at 3

At first I wasn’t thrilled with the Casting of Robert Pattinson as Edward. Now I am sorry I was so retarded! Robert Pattinson brought Edward Cullen to life! He is amazing!
I just want to remind people that Summit only had $34 million to play with.
RObert Pattinson worked his cute little british ass off becoming Edward. They worked very hard with what they had!
Even I have to admit I wished they had more to play with,but its all about money.Next time for “New Moon” there will be a bigger budget so I have higher hopes.
But overall I was very pleased with the movie!
I was extremely pleased with the casting.
All except the annoying teenagers that played Bellas school friends! Thank god they won’t be around much in the next one!
