Natalia Livingston is returning to General Hospital in 2009 in the role of Abigail Bowen. This will be announced in the upcoming months. The role will be recurring.
Interesting but why would Natalia want to return after leaving?? Makes like no sense to me really. It seems like a step back for her as an actress really. I don’t even understand the characters name. Wasn’t Abigail her mother?? Just some thoughts really……still have to watch todays GH….later….
OK, I am totally confused on the Natalia rumor. Thought she and the show was totally on the outs. Could it be possible, just maybe, a new head writer is on the horizon???

I counted the days until she was gone – hope this isn’t true. There are so many other good actors on the show who aren’t being utilized – need I say more?
I thought NL cried when Guza told her that GH might have room for her in the future. (This was back during the Tumor!Emily days). It sounded to me like she would crawl through broken glass to get back on the show. (and I’d crawl through broken glass to never have to watch her again).
Emily’s Mother name was Paige, I believe her Father’s name was Hank and I’m sure Emily had an Aunt named Corrine. I hope the Natalia rumor isn’t true. I liked Amber Tamblyn’s Emily much better. How wonderful was OLTL yesterday? Friends, Enemies and even FRENemies [Do people still use that term?] coming together for Thanksgiving dinner? How I miss The Quartermaines and their Pizza and/or Chinese Thanksgiving dinner. Guza is a TURKEY and I hope he gets lumps of coal in his stocking this holiday season.
i for one hated NL’s emily. i can still remember the day when i heard emly was coming back. i got excited and made special effort to watch the show. God was i ever disappointed when i saw the “new” emily.

Oh, good God, no….not another lookalike storyline. Arrrrrrrrrrgh! Lemme guess…Abigail is a long lost twin sister/cousin/doppleganger of Emily’s. Been there, done that, b-o-r-i-n-g.
GH, has been a disappointment for awhile. i stop watching after 30 years. Guza and his writing staff have made a mess out of a #1 Soap. the lost of some great actors, and the way they left was bad… noe we are losing more vets, and once Like, laura, Jason and Sonny leave as rumored there is no reason IMO, that anyone would bother watching. but I have ti admit that NS and their writers have produced a soap woth watching, and OLTL is outshinging GH .
I know that Guza thinks that killing off the vets, making the mob his #1 storyline, but the fans are not interested in his ego writing.
I forgot that Paige was Emily’s mother’s name….I couldn’t recall it. Yeah, not too much up for the ‘new’ sister idea either. There’s so many characters they should’ve never killed off period….its sad…like Alan….Guza just doesn’t really ‘know’ how to write for a soap period. He knows how to write for something like the Soprano’s….why can’t he just leave and make his own Mob show & take it someplace else where I don’t have to watch it (and it can tank too)…..I know I won’t miss him when he’s gone…..lets hope it doesn’t take cancelling the show for that to happen….if it does it’ll be all GUZA’S fault period…..thats why the ratings are so bad……
