I’m thinking so many people have stopped watching, the site may falter too! I was doing well with the whole Google ad thing, but viewership has fallen WAY off. I know it’s not only muah—every site that is GH only is experiencing the same downturn. NO one CARES about the spoilers. I’ll keep passing along what I have though. There’s still enough of you around to let me know it’s not all for not. Let’s all write Santa Fronz at ABC a letter of PLEASE for new writers! It’s going to be really hard to do the 2008 awards this year as well.
I’m sure someone will pop in to say I’m a cranky bitch and all I do is complain about GH but GOOD GOD–it’s painful. Same writing, same freekin’ stories over and OVER AND OVER! I really think if we don’t see at least one gun a day, there’s something wrong. Give the wonderful actors on this show some GOOD MATERIAL !!!!!!!!

Absolutely loved OLTL today, gotta to watch it again tonight. Glad to hear that I did not miss much on GH, same old stuff with Sam, Jax, Carly, Sonny, Jason, and Liz, who is a SOAP character, because some idiot had some kind of revelation!! Unbelievable!! (Still want the character gone!!!)
Karen, I so agree with you about Jax & Kate…such a joke….and of course Jax gets another Sonny cast off. Mr Guza so original really…….We can’t have one couple that stays together period. How sad really…..IMO anyway…..I hope your site doesn’t go away cause I love reading it. It is sad about the ratings but really its seems that ABC/etc doesn’t care about them anymore. Since you mentioned more budget cuts….its like how much more can they cut from GH except let more actors go? We have like no extras to speak of. Do you think that means they let Tony go? You and I share almost exactly the same opinion in every instance of GH. That’s how I’ve come to consider you the most reliable source as to if I will watch GH that day, or even that week!
And sorry, but after all the attacks on Karen here lately, I have to ask this…..What IDIOT actually buys into or actually ENJOYS the CRAP that we are being served from GH these days? Sure, the show has it’s very few good moments, but I mean, come on! All I can say Karen, is that somehow you’ve gathered up this audience who has no clue about GH History or what this show once was. People, if you had watched this show from the 80’s or even early 90’s, you would realize that the show you’re being fed now is nothing but a cold, dead shell of what General Hospital used to be. I’m sorry to be so harsh, but what I speak is the truth. PLEASE visit Youtube and watch some General Hospital videos from the 1978 – 1996 era and you will find a true, quality show. Please watch just a few of these, and then compare them to what we see today.
Basically a show that glorifies violence agaisnt women and children and innocent bystanders. When it’s not about that, it’s about failed marriages with both marital partners running around acting like whores.
Wouldn’t you all like to see a show that centers around family and real emotion again where good actually won over evil? Please keep writing into ABC Studios and the GH Studios on Prospect Avenue, Ca. Guza and Phelps HAVE TO GO.

If GH is having money troubles maybe they could find a new young hungry writer – Fire Guza and pay the new one a lot less. I would bet we would get better stories from someone trying to make a name for him or her self. I am surprised TPTB put up with all this repetition. Also, Karen keep postig – I don’t post too often but certainly enjoy reading the posts from others. It is amazing how much everyone thinks alike.

I still want to hear spoilers! I’m hoping something good would be in there! If Guza is going to insist on Mob related stories why not bring back Ian Buchanan as Duke Lavery. I know Duke was supposed to have died and as a different actor but, it’s a soap…No one would suspect that, since he’s dead! He could be behind some scheme to bring down The Z’s and Jason. Hey Spin could be secretly working for Duke and hell maybe Spin could be a Lavery! With Anna and Robert making appearences in Port Chuck we’d maybe come to some compromise blending Guza’s Mob with great past characters and who knows a Robert, Anna, Duke love triangle…I think us fans should write for the show, what do you think?
