Finally, some great news, my girl, Sarah is staying on the show. Now if the show can get a decent writer and get rid a few characters, then the show has a chance.
Saw the Susan Lucci pay cut due to low ad sales on CNN showbiz tonight show last night. I am getting worried, Days fired two of its biggest stars, and now, my girl Susan is taking a pay cut. Peoples, the bells are ringing, the soaps are in trouble.
Woo hooo… now the rumor about Cardia getting preggers and not knowing if it’s Ric’s or Sonny’s can come true bwahahahahahaa. Actually if they would do the story where both Sonny and Ric knew the baby was Ric’s I would like it better. Where they all band together to do what is best fo the child, (ie keep it from AZ) Besides, Sonny has done enough for the population of Port Chuck. IMO Sonny doesn’t need any more babies or secret babies or blast from the past women, etc etc… now if they are going to give him a lobotomy I could get on the bandwagon LMAO, j/k
I have been a long time lurker and this is my first time commenting. First of all – I LOVE YOUR BLOG! Keep it up. I agree with you that OLTL has been amazing of late, exactly what a soap is supposed to be all about. I have shifted my daughter’s nap time, so I am sure to watch OLTL instead of GH in peace and quiet. I also agree that perhaps my enjoyment is because I am spolier free. So, before I get to the point where I simply can’t watch GH anymore, I am going to try to go ‘almost’ spoiler free. I’ll still read your blog, as I love your show commentary and actor scoops. However, I’ll skim over the spoilers that appear in the blog. Maybe, just maybe I’ll start liking GH again, as I know I won’t love it again until GH changes – heads back to the nurses ball days where there were connected storylines, family members, and the mob was a side story… not THE story. I know I haven’t been watching but I have never understood the love for Sarah Brown. I hated her Carly from the start and she did NOTHING for me when Jack and Holden, as well as Lily and Carly, on ATWT were ruined for her character.
So, let me get this straight — for when TR shows up as Robert and I start taping again — Sonny and Carly–er Claudia are married? Thus, they are re-doing the Sonny/Carly first marriage but under the guise of Sonny/Claudia? That is as stupid as Josh Taylor on Days now playing Roman Brady when he was Chris Kositcek when a lot of the characters Roman interacts with, as did Chris back in the day, are still on the show (Bo, Hope, Kayla — albeit Kayla wasn’t played by MBE when Chris & Kayla were a couple, Caroline, Victor, Tony, and for a brief time more Marlena).
Oh WubQueen…say it isn’t so….boooo hissss! I was hoping SJB would pack her red shoes and bounce. Oh well if she hops on Sonny’s bones and drinks the Sonny juice and chases him around town after he finds out about Michael…. I guess I’ll just have to deal.

The thing I don’t get about the excitement surrounding Claudia is, doesn’t the character just add to the whole Mob mess? Why couldn’t they have written a SBr a juicy role that involved the hospital? She could have been a hot new doctor, maybe interacting with Scrubs a little, giving the nurses a hard time…but nope, she’s a mob vixen. The mob stuff will never end; they are just entrenching themselves further into it.
I am dissapointed that Sarah Brown has signed. I am not a fan of hers. Obviously she still cannot get work on primetime. This means more of the mob stories. I was hoping Sonny would find out about Claudia and Johnny being behind Michaels’s shooting and kill both of them. Putting the end to more mob characters.
