Yeah, over at the Pine Valley Bulletin, we had former AMC head writer, Richard Culliton respond. IMO, he is a condecending jerk who tore apart AMC for the ONE year he was writing for the show. Check out the blog to read the responses and see if he has the balls to say anything else.

I loved the Alexis – Diane chat. I loved that the medicinal marijuana and ’stoned sex’ tweeked Diane’s interest.
I really would like to see a Mac and Alexis pairing.

I laughed out loud when after Edward yelled out to Tracy and Monica he says “where is everyone?” I answered, “in the crypt”. It is sad that when the Q’s do get a storyline there are not even enough of them to fill the room.
Wouldn’t it of been nice to have had Alan in the room today. Perhaps have his gost/spirit whatever sitting int he chairing smiling about Michael’s return…perhaps even say something about AJ.
So Ethan is totally trying to be like Luke, drunken bastard and all.
I am really starting to like the Not Dead ‘Em and Nicholas storyline…it gives me time to go pee, do some vacuuming, prepare supper, etc.
Geeze…I just saw on another site that SD was comming to ATWT, and came here to check for confirmation. I am glad to have him back on my TV, just sorry it won’t be as a Quartermaine. Being that I only watch GH & ATWT, this fall is going to seem like one, long two hour soap for me. I hope I can keep every one straight…Maybe they will pair SD up with LH again…
BTW…for those who don’t watch ATWT, please do not get excited, and put too much stock in the writers. HW Chris Goutman’s only fan is his mother, and the same can be said for EP Jean Passant…They flood our screen with newbies and forget about the vetrans/core characters. I hope they can do all of these awesome former GH actors justice.

Booyah on the going to pee syndrome have it everyday GH is on.
Not only is GH for vacuuming, pee breaks, etc. but it also makes a nice background for napping.
If I were Lisa L. I would want to have a shark lawyer because those GH contracts aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on. I think Ric Hearst had a contract, and so did Megan Ward. I’m sure there are a lot of others, too. Crummy show.
Anyone else remember when GH used to have a big July 4th event every year in the park? Everyone would show up with their picnics, intermingle, argue, see stuff they shouldn’t see, etc etc etc and then it ended with a big “fireworks” display with couples smooching and usually 1 or 2 single people looking longingly (or angrily) at whoever is smooching… sigh…. those were the days. I remember the Qs always over did it, bringing chairs, tables with tablecloths, china, and of course a great round of Q bickering.
I guess this is where we should really say RIP Alan Q, we will so miss you, and your ghost!
I don’t pee, vacuum, sleep during all of GH, just the parts that have to do with Dead ‘Em, Nicholas, Ethan, Sonny and Claudia.
I do remember the July 4th picnics in the park…and the Nurse’s Ball, Christmas Story at the hospital, Thanksgiving at the Q’s and Brownstone (yes, Brownstone, not Greystone), Luke’s club being a happening place with cameo guest appearances by big name singers, PCPD solving cases and people actually being married (other then Carly and Jax who is married?).
Are we too stuck in the past and can not appreciate the wonder that is current day General Mobstical? I’m am sure that is what Guza et al think.
How long is he going to be on As the World Turns? It’s an east coast show, I’m pretty sure. I think Lucy is only on for a short-term contract, but Kevin is there long-term, playing a central character. SD’s lived in LA forever, so I can’t imagine him moving to NYC full-time, and commuting coast-to-coast would be very tiring, very fast. Regardless, I’m happy for him. I bet he took the offer, at least in part, to stick it to TIIC of GH.
Guza and Fronz and Phelps dug the hole, and they just keep digging. Hopefully it’ll get so deep that the dirt will start to fall back and bury them.
They need to put a new name on the show stop with GH and call it As the Monkeys Turn

ALan would have been perfect as a ghost sitting in his chair when Michael came. How STUPID they were to let him go. Now we have to put up with Teethan, NuEmily and Nikolas, dark witch Claudia, and LMP. PLease – do something quick! I too, use GH for a nap sometimes. I watch it later on Soapnet if the spirit moves me.
OLTL as usual – still good. The show just rocks.
So I see I didn’t miss much. I haven’t watched GH since Monday. I may watch the DiAl (Diane/Alexis) stuff though, love them.
I would love to see Alexis and Raynor get together, they have marvelous chemistry.
I really think NL and SJB’s characters need to take a flying leap to go find Lorenzo and never come back. If you ask me, that is when the show really took a dive, when those two came back.

I don’t know if anyone else has wrote about this yet, but has anybody else noticed how many times Jason talks about how he knows he is going to get what is coming to him eventually. He tells someone at least once a day.

LOL, Ocean Park Girl, if GH is on, take a nap!!! I made the mistake of trying to watch GH on Tuesday for alittle while. Just as expecting, LMP showed up and that was curtains for the show for the week. You are more spiritual than I am, seeing that on the screen makes me swear off that show for a long time.
OLTL is getting good. It may just me, I can’t stand that Dr. Evans at all, was glad to see that Shaun gave him the buziness with both barrels. Oh, the Dr. and Creepy Pee Pee should hook up and soon. (PS, Rex, honey, get tested ASAP. Creepy has slept with half of Vegas already!!)

If it were GH I would be all over that. I would call it ludicrous. But because it is OLTL and part of a well written s/l I don’t care. I’m very willing to make room for creative licences. Because the overall storyline is good. GH however, has unfeasible parts of crappy storylines that just make everything pathetic.
