Well, things are coming in about the Michael/Kristina take off storyline. They leave town, Jason and Sam follow. Jerry Jacks finds them first (??) and offers to help. In the meantime, Ms Claudia is reeling from her baby-loss and decides to hire someone to ‘take care of things’ (I guess because she’s had SUCH success with that in the past..ha)…read all the scoops on THE WUBS NET. One of the readers below asked if Sam/Claudia ever had a scene together? I’m going to say they did in the early days? Not sure. Anyone remember?
I know KRISTINA and Sonny still haven’t had one dang scene together…right? Unless Imissed it Friday. I think I shall use this as a benchmark because it is totally indicative of new character introduction. I realize Kristina isn’t “new” but her being SORA’d is and it’s just shameful they haven’t had her interact with Nikolas or Sonny–pisses me off. (Can you tell?!)
GOSSIP (kinda)…someone who went to Sarah Brown’s event this weekend reports that she said she wasn’t happy with playing Claudia (who the hell would be?!) She’s even talked to Guza about it. Her contract is up in Jan, so we shall see if she stays or not. They need to stop writing characters so black and white, there’s just no room for growth or anything when they are painted into the corner.

I had an idea over the weekend about the whole Claudia deal. We can all see the writing on the wall, Guza’s writing of the Claudia character makes it about as painless to watch as a root canal and we know SJB will only sign year to year because she doesn’t want to get caught in a sucktastic story. So Claudia loses the baby over the next 2 weeks. Sonny apologizes before the surgery for treating her like gum on the bottom of his shoe. This gives Guza plenty of time to have these 2 fall in luuuuuv all over again and then send them both off into the sunset! (Yes I mean both Claudia and Sonny, because we can’t seem to send Guza off into the sunset) Then we can have Jason and Jax really step up into the leading man position and promote Johnny, Patrick, Lucky, and Nik up as well into more promenent (and interesting) postions on the cast totem pole. Maybe they could even afford a few more doctors/nurses to fill things out and give us some new storylines…. I know… I’m dreaming… LOL
Jax as a leading man is the best way to get GH cancelled, well the Carly fanfic is sure doing it very good this days. Nik as leading man LMAO that was funny.
When Nickolas did the mini series last year about the Indians I thought he would leave and do Primetime but I also thought the same thing about Jason when he did his mini series.Nope they both are sticking around on this titanic of a soap opera.Sonny he will never leave.
::::shrugs::::: Mo has it made. He only needs to learn a few pages of dialog a year….he repeats the same stupid lines year after year. Heck, my cat knows his lines at this point.

Jax was a far more interesting character when they first brought him on as the international corporate raider. He’s turned into Super Wuss ever since Courtney and I think it’s turned him into a rather pitiful character. It makes me wonder why Ingo stays. Now at least he has the super cushy job and plenty of time to go surfing with his baby.
Nik was a far more interesting character ages ago as well. Now he’s just down right weird. I’d rather they turned him 100% Cassadine and we all got to see him being an uber crackpot.

Alexis and Mac fall in love and create a beatiful family together, filled with WSB and Cassadine adventure. Luke leaves GH to take the love of his life, Laura, on a world tour of romance. Ethan is revealed to be an imposter and is NOBODY’s son on this show. Rebecca is murdered by Helena for messing with her grandson, Nikolas. Nik regains both his balls and his brains and becomes a wealthy corporate player with the Cassadine fortune. Lucky gets back with Sam. Elizabeth finds a new love – one that has two daughters from two different women. But, they love each other and make it work. Scrubs reamins happy and healthy together, dispensing advise and wisdom to those in trouble. Spinelli wins the lottery and leaves town. Maxie falls for a nice guy who curbs her bitchiness, but she maintains her spunk. Bobbie is back at the Nurse’s station – front and center and is involved in her daughter’s/grandchild’s lives. Audrey finally gets the spectacular farewell she has earned and always deserved.

Okay, I’ve been barely watching. Hate the Michael story and the teen story. Maxie and Spin are amusing. But, I actually like Dante/Dominic….my fear is they screw this up too!

Adding to Zak’s storyline, I would bring back Robert and Anna, redeem Luke somehow, and then bring back Laura. But to accomplish any of that, Phelps & Guza and most of the writing staff must be gone by the end of the week. Then possibly this show could be taken off life-support before the end of this year.
Just caught up with the latest on the blog, and sad to hear that Claudia will lose the baby. I thought she had a great scene today talking about the unconditional love that will exist for them and how happy the baby makes her. Plus, I think it would have helped her character growth to become a mother and act maternal; she could have had some real depth.
I just wanted to see if I was missing anything or if it was just wonderful editing on their part. Carly got the call from Morgan about the lost necklace or whatever it was. Sonny and Michael both said they would go with her but she said no, she would catch up with them, she wanted water. Cut to a few minutes later, Michael is going for a joyride, Sonny is trying to get into Olivia’s pants and Carly is looking for this damn thing in the dark with a bad flashlight???

I knew I was hoping for too much when I watched the karaoke stuff and Spixie made me happy. Sigh. Is the new writer’s stuff showing yet? If so, this is a bad sign for the future because it just likes more of the same. What is really pathetic is the bad editing, too. GH can’t even get the behind the scenes things right anymore. This show just sucks.
How about sonny goes away and never to be seen or heard from again and Jason goes after his boo, LOL. Claudia should hook up with Sam. They would make a great couple. Liz and Matt hookup, the Qs is back in PC with Laura.
I liked the car crash scene. Good music.. some anticipation.

sam and jason need to stay together. sonny does not need to die. he is sexy. dante is amazingly gorgeous and needs to stay on the show. carlee needs to get smart and leave jax. he is trying to put sonny away. michael needs to chill on the whole im a big shot because i killed claudia.
